We Provide Quality Training Services

Train Me Quality Services Limited (Train Me) is a tertiary education social enterprise. Based in Gisborne, New Zealand. Our vision is an educated, skilled, and prosperous Tairawhiti.

The social impact we seek to deliver is communities reaping the full social benefits from economic opportunity associated with forecast growth in forestry, retail and tourism. In short, we grow people for jobs in line with skills supply and demand forecasting.

Our point of difference is our new tertiary education model. Leading with forestry, our strategic destination is to build our global brand from a domestic base, by taking our new tertiary education model right through from the pre-seed, seed, scale-up, and internationalisation stages of commercialisation by the close of 2025.

Earlier in 2020, we submitted our PTE application to NZQA, with high hopes of successfully acquiring NZQA registration and accreditation as a Private Training Establishment (PTE); a process which can take up to six months,

While our application is being processed – We are certainly not sitting idle, doing all that we can to ensure we can hit the ground running once we receive PTE status! We have high ambitions of becoming leaders in the tertiary education space and are continuing to build a highly skilled and motivated team capable of achieving this.

An educated, skilled, and prosperous Tairawhiti.

Empowering people through knowledge and skills acquisition.

The NZ Certificate in Forest Harvesting Operations [Level 3] programme is run in partnership with EIT Tairawhiti and provides students with the skills and knowledge required to be employed in a processing role in a commercial forest harvesting crew.

Throughout the 20 week programme our graduates will spend the majority of their time training on an actual logging site, in small groups, and under the watchful eye of our experienced mentors. Upon graduating, they will have an understanding of safety and environmental and quality requirements of working in a forest harvesting crew.

“An educated, skilled, and prosperous Tairawhiti.”
